Technical Management is prepaid help for the supported stack. Buy a month when you need it, skip it when you do not. It does not replace your hosting plan and it does not turn into an open-ended promise to do every imaginable task.

Something broken, half-migrated, or refusing to cooperate?

We also take separately scoped technical work such as migrations, repairs, upgrades, installations, configuration, integrations, and general virtual-airline technical cleanup.

Project work is quoted before billable work starts. Technical Management covers routine supported work for its service period; larger projects remain separately scoped.

How ordering works

Stripe handles the money. JPH handles the hosting.

Checkout is processed securely by Stripe, including applicable tax calculation. Hosting orders are reviewed and provisioned manually by JPH staff, so a real person sees the order before anything gets created in WHM.

Technical Management is prepaid and does not automatically renew. Buy one month or several, use it when you need the help, and let it expire when you do not.

Community Access

Cost can be a barrier too.

If regular JPH pricing is what is keeping an aviation project offline, ask about Community Access. Depending on the project and our capacity, discounted or no-cost hosting or technical assistance may be available.

Your hosting is still running.

Use Customer Billing to update your payment method, view invoices, update billing information, or cancel a hosting subscription at the end of its billing period. Use Support for anything involving the hosting service itself.
