JPH reviews the order and sets up the hosting account and normal phpVMS core. This is a staff-managed process, not instant activation.

The initial installation is checked and the account is handed off. Future technical assistance can be added separately.
THE PLAIN-ENGLISH VERSION
Hosting and ongoing management are two different things.
VA Hosting includes the initial setup described here. It is not an unlimited development or maintenance agreement.
- Routine phpVMS changes, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical maintenance are covered through prepaid Technical Management when within its supported scope.
- Migration projects, custom modules, complex repairs, and integrations are assessed and quoted separately when they fall outside an active support scope.
- Third-party add-ons and customer-created code remain the customer's responsibility. JPH does not guarantee compatibility or ongoing support for them.
- *Unlimited bandwidth does not remove CPU, memory, storage, process, or other platform and acceptable-use limits.

Questions before checkout?
Does VA Hosting include installation of phpVMS?
Yes. Normal initial phpVMS core installation, configuration, and testing are included. Continuous maintenance, customizations, or debugging third-party modules are separate from the basic hosting subscription.
Is this managed phpVMS hosting?
Initial provisioning is handled by JPH staff. Ongoing supported phpVMS maintenance and technical changes are available separately through prepaid Technical Management.
Can I use third-party phpVMS modules?
Third-party add-ons may be installed within our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, but their security, compatibility, maintenance, and troubleshooting are not guaranteed as part of hosting.
Will the account be ready immediately after paying?
No. Hosting orders are reviewed, manually provisioned, and tested by JPH before handoff. Contact support if you have a time-sensitive launch date.
Can I cancel my monthly hosting subscription?
Yes. Recurring hosting billing can be managed through the Stripe Customer Billing portal. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
